The Whole Cake Package

The ideal package for the couple that has the time to plan their wedding but not the experience!  We will guide you during your planning by first getting to know you, hearing your vision and discussing  budget priorities.  This package includes up to 30 hours of service.

• Preliminary Meeting to review your wedding vision

• Researching and recommending 3 Vendors for each category of need

• Providing you with a Wedding Timeline, due dates, checklists, as well as monthly reminders.

• Wedding Coordinator and One Assistant Coordinator

• Venue walk through prior to wedding day  

• Coordination of the wedding rehearsal

• Coordination of all day of wedding vendors, set up, and teardown

• Pinning all personal flowers on the wedding party

• Directing ceremony and reception flow of events

• Transportation all personal inventory to venue and setting out  

• Distributing final payments to vendors onsite

• Cleaning up and repackaging all personal inventory

• Packing up gifts to be secured
